Meet your nurse practitioner

Michelle is an MSN, AGNP-C, CHPN, and a proud Pacific Northwest native who has called the Treasure Valley home for the past 23 years. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Boise State University and later completed the Adult and Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner program at Spring Arbor University. With specialized training and certification in hospice and palliative care, She is deeply committed to providing compassionate, patient- and family-centered care in the place where individuals feel most comfortable—their homes.
